Amazon Pay testing environment

I understand Amazon Pay is currently available "for merchants with a place of establishment in the United States, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland."

I was thinking is it possible for the course of this hackathon to access some dedicated Amazon Pay testing environment, so that we can overcome this limitation for the time being and still be able to build something, even if it means that no real payments can be made?
